Residential Fee Offer
Selecting Wix Property Tax Specialists, LLC to protest the value of your property means no up-front fees and no hidden costs to you. Our fee is based strictly on a percentage of the tax savings we achieve for you . This is a one time fee based on the actual tax savings of the current year. If you retain Wix Property Tax Specialists, LLC for future protests, fees will be based on actual tax savings in those years.
The fee agreement is as follows:
___% of the potential tax savings achieved by Wix Property Tax Specialists, LLC through the hearings process. The fee payable to Wix Property Tax Specialists, LLC is calculated as follows:
Initial Assessed Value minus Final Assessed Value, then multiply the result by the Previous Year's Total Tax Rate. The portion of this amount payable to Wix Property Tax Specialists is ___%. Simply put, the fee offer is ___% of the total tax savings for the property in the current year. The fee is the same for binding arbitration or judicial appeals, provided this avenue is mutually agreeable to the property owner and Wix PTS, with consideration given to the related expenses of binding arbitration or a judicial appeal.
Payments are due in full when a formal or informal hearing agreement from the Appraisal District, Appraisal Review Board, or applicable court is obtained. Wix Property Tax Specialists, L.L.C. may allow payment schedules of up to two months for selected customers. Once the payment period has expired, unpaid balances shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month, and a late fee of $25.00 per month will be assessed.
